[In a flash, he spins to kick her, slamming a leg into her and sending her tumbling across the floor.]

[He and Toby are completely focused on beginning their work in the lab.]

[He is singing to himself while working on something during his free time.]

She in turn threw a blanket.

[That night, little Acie and Toby ended up sleeping in the lab while Donnie continued to catch up on some work. He covered Acie and Toby with the blankets, and he stayed at his desk listening to music, occasionally checking on them, as well as Kiddo. Something concerned him, though. Why did no one make an announcement that they were looking for Acie? Did ... Did she not actually have anyone who cared?]

[Eventually, Donnie fell asleep at his desk. It's morning now.]

Suddenly, from the hallway, a small figure dashed past the doorway and inside the lab, basically only a blur. It made no noise, not even a footstep as it scrambled underneath a table and hid in the shadow among the tech.

[Toby blinks, having caught the movement from the corner of her eye.]

Dee, don't panic, but there may be a child running around the lab.
