Well, as a bigender person, I can't really say I know too much about procedures used in nullifying sex traits. Some dfab agender people like to use binders or seek out breast removal surgery in order to alleviate chest dysphoria, while some dmab people can find some form of relief in tucking. Hormone blockers are used to stop or slow the formation of secondary sex characteristics in both dmab and dfab people. Vaginal nullification and castration are some other options agender people look to, but they are not always legal in their area of residence.

But, agender people should respond to this post if they would like to correct me or bring up anything I haven't touched upon.
