It kinda annoys me how people compare Gex and Bubsy because both are annoying.

Like Bubsy is trying so hard to be funny but is chronically unfunny. His games were all god awful and made by people who hated the character, accolade's offices were literally filled with mutilated Bubsy plushies because they hated that little shit.

Gex is just an autistic burnt out mid-20 year old whose special interest is TV. You can tell that the people behind Gex were proud of what they have done since in 2 and 3 they all hid their portraits around the game. Plus while Gex 1 is a bit outdated nowadays, Gex 2 and 3 are phenomenal 3D platformers that are almost on par with Banjo IMO.

Bubsy is the person at work who tells dad jokes loudly and wonders why nobody is laughing at him.

Gex is your friend who says things like "this is just like that one SpongeBob episode" (like me)

“Here’s our final boss battle. Rez is quite a challenging boss, which is something you expect for the conclusion of a game. Fortunately, it’s not a BS boss, so it may be challenging but you will learn his patterns easily. Honestly, you can “cheat” the first part of the boss. The walls of this arena are full of tvs, so you can climb on them, making Rez’s life a lot harder. Overall, a very good way of finishing this awesome game.”
