Something tells them that there's more than just MTT's "fanclub" that they have to worry about. The human policy states that all those who fall into Mt. Ebott are to join his fanclub, but nowhere does his policy state that you can't kill a human. With people becoming desperate to end Mettaton's rule... The power of a human soul is becoming more and more desirable.
