Um.... Funny story, I got chases by the same dogs that chased me last week and the idea of it still haunts me to this moment.
We have both dogs and cats at home and I barely touch or go near them. Maybe because if their fur. (my nose dislikes it)
As for talking, I only talk to them when they're trying to do something to which I say "Oh, you're trying to do *things* huh, let's see if you can do it." like that kind of talking. More like taunt.
