'Gluppix the Arouser'
the ‘Kanadian Keshi’ drops tomorrow on my storenvy shoppe! At 5 PM PST to be exact. $20 USD plus shipping. There is only a limited number available, so if you want one hop over there! At one and a half inches, this little toy will look great amidst a slew of M.U.S.C.L.E, or amongst a herd of California Raisins.
Since I'm making a new mold I figured I'd do some tests in the old #gluppix mold. This is NOT a teaser for any planned editions, but oh man does this guy look cool in course resin. Test cast of an upcoming #DesignerToy for @scottdiggs, his #Gluppix design is awesome! So much tiny detail and character. Trying lots of new things for this project, gave the master a clear coat so the casts would be shiny which is working out great. I'm using Simpact 84A which is a pretty stiff urethane rubber it is an awesome material that comes out rigid but flexible, but it's tough to pour such a thick liquid in to such a tiny mold. I'm still working on getting his left arm to stay attached. #VinylToy #ArtToy (at Vancouver, British Columbia)
