GOD MOVES IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS.
I know that maybe made you sing a little bit but let's reflect on this today.
🌿 Truly, God is full of His wondrous miracles from the Old Testament to the New Testament. Different of its kind but there is one thing in common of them:
HE ASKED THEM TO OBEY FIRST.
"Moses, speak to the rock for the water to come out."
"Travel in the wilderness to meet the promise land."
"March seven times around the walls of Jericho"
"Wash your eyes in the pool of Siloe, so you could finally see"
"Peter, take a step onto the water"
When I was young, I wondered why God needs us to do something first. He is powerful. He could've just magically appear everything all at once. Today, I finally understood. He is teaching us two things: OBEDIENCE and FAITH.
Without any invitation from the Promise Land, the Israelites trusted God and traveled for 40 years in the wilderness, being provided of their everyday needs just to finally meet the land.
Beloved, what is your promise land? Is God teaching you something before you meet and receive it? Reflect on it today with this devotion. Don't be discouraged, God will provide all you need while you are waiting and travelling in the wilderness
