Handstanding in Houston

Above:  Post-yogatimes on a random trip to Houston while in Tx for teacher training.  Just after this Matt and I found the most bomb-ass vegan restaurant called Green Seed.  Check it out if you are in Houston and check out Matt's IG feed, too.

BBQ jackfruit with caramelized onions and pickles on a whole wheat bun from Green Seed in Houston!

We were totally blown away by this place.  The space was very minimal with awesome design.  The staff was amazing too!  Everything from the sauces to the chickpea tempeh is made in house and you can absolutely tell.  

I am looking forward to finding any and all excuses necessary to make the trek back to Houston to eat here again.
