Microsoft your account recovery system is absolute trash. I've tried over and over again to get a simple verification code and your useless system refuses to send it. It’s like you’ve gone out of your way to make the process as broken, confusing, and completely infuriating as possible.
I don’t know how a company this massive can be this incompetent. The support is nonexistent. The help pages are a joke. The recovery options are circular and lead nowhere. I’m locked out of my own account and all your system does is waste my time.
It honestly feels like you want people to lose access to their accounts. I’m done playing nice — your system sucks. Completely. I’ve never been this angry at a piece of technology in my life. You’ve turned something that should take five minutes into an hours-long nightmare. So fuck you Microsoft!!!
