Beau thought back on the books of Greek myths he knew resided in the library. Showing the already nervous boy an illustration of himself would likely make things worse.
“Ah… Word has gotten around of the winged lad who wants to soar like an angel.” Beau did a sort of dramatic gesture in the air, curling his hand skyward. “But tell me, when did you last see your father? Or your home?”

Fingers tightly curled around the upper bridge of his wings he forced it closed as he leaned into the crook of the others shoulder.

Adrastus, the newly-summoned Servant of Chaldea, had spent the last few hours roaming about and trying to get acquainted with the layout of the place. Architecture certainly had changed since ancient times, but he supposed that didn’t matter. In truth, the chance to fight alongside other heroes once more excited him. Adrastus stopped, however, when he noticed a particularly younger-looking lad standing near one of the windows. “Hmm... You there, boy. You look familiar... Have we met?”
