Weapon Analysis: Hexenjager

Positive traits:

100% accuracy.

3 X Burst shots - Greater output, stronger power (Enhanced with "Strength" Rune.

Free Ammo.

Cool design.

Downsides:

The attached Sword is a standard weapon, not enchanted. It has a 0 value. If broken against a strong enemy, the gun is totally unusable.

When the sword is separated, the gun doesn't work.

Magic missile from blue crystal is re-chargable only when dawn hits. This meant only 10 AMMO per day.

Power is untested.

The blade looks fragile, like the kitchen knife I used to prepare food. I don't know, Luna... I wouldn't risk using it in combat.

Magic Item: The Hexenjäger (Witch Hunter)

Note: This weapon doesn't use gunpowder or projectiles so you can safely use it in your campaign, even if you are playing with no modern stuff allowed!

The Hexenjäger is a great crossbow alternative. It's a martial ranged weapon powered by Magic Missile. When fired, it condenses the normal 3 magic darts into a single, more powerful dart. It also functions as a longsword sheathe (with built-in sword!) just in case you run out of charges or need to fight your target at close range.
