Yesterday i was at my psychologist after almost a month of break and she told me i lost weight so yaaay~~~
I also been eating bad stuff this week, like a burger (one portion was 1224kcal.. it was my only meal that day and i tried to walk as much as i could but me stomach got a call) and twice ive eaten instant korean noodles, which are high cal but god, they good.
So yeah, a lot of walks and exercises.
