Sunday always seen to be wine day for me. We did it pretty wild since we had a few people from out of town, and also out of the country. Alex Chou and his girlfriend Jill came in from DC. Hamzah flew in from London, and Stefen flew in from Germany. We rented a party bus to Sonoma to do some wine tasting at Jacuzzi Winery. I really regret not spending more time admiring how beautiful he winery was, but I was honestly not concerned because I was just happy catching up with everyone. After that we headed out to downtown Sonoma to get some lunch and unwind before hopping back on the bus to SF. We had to cut our wine tour a little early because Stefen had a flight back to Germany that same day. Overall, I had a great weekend and I can't believe how fast it flew by. I hope to see everyone again soon.

Spent the weekend in the city. Saturday after my welding class I hopped on bart straight to SF. Met everyone at the Hack Reactor Alumni lounge. It's been one year since I've seen the entire HR39 fam. It was definitely a dope reunion. I really missed everyone. It's always a good time when we get together.

Bills That Have Become Law

Day 3

It’s nice to take my mind off the car for awhile. Don’t get me wrong, I am anxious as hell to get back to working on it, but it’s nice to remind myself that there are other things in life just as interesting as my car. I also can’t wait to start playing my guitar that I purchased a week before I started school.

I have survived my 3rd day of school so far. The only time I have to think and reflect on my day is during my bart ride home from school. I initially thought this program was from 9am-8pm, but it is really from 6:30AM-10:30PM if you include after hours studying and my bart commute. I literally only have time after class to grab a quick dinner and then head straight to bed.

Although this course has been very rigorous, often leaving me broken, doubtful of my ability to succeed, I am staying positive and hungry to learn. I am surrounded by other very positive and bright individuals that help motivate me and keep me in check. Also the mentors here are always ready to help, which relieved some of the anxiety I had.

So far I have zero regrets with my decision to give up the next 3 months of my life for something greater. This will be the best 3 months of my life. I am ready for the adventure ahead of me.
