something I haven't seen people bring up when analysing Goncharov is that the "persimmon rain" scene (around the 1:21 mark) clearly implies that Katya is or was pregnant. With the way she acts around them (remember it's implied Ice Pick Joe uses he/they pronouns) I honestly still think Joe is the father to this day. I wish more people shipped IceKat, but I'm a multishipper who is too weak for Katfia after those translation notes were leaked 😔 ❤️
