So between reddit and 4chan, the news and the comments just exploded wildly out of control. Clicking the link above is a reddit user named TotalBiscuit (John Bain of youtube fame) discussed all the things happening. For those who followed the link, they shut down the thread. It literally no longer exists. It is a series of blank boxes. 

Here is yet another reddit thread discussing a video called the Five Guys Theory detailing Ms. Quinn’s alleged involvement with other game developers and gaming journalists.

You’ll notice that the video has since been removed from Youtube.

I know I am hammering at this, but seriously, i feel so strongly about copyright that it is almost palpable. I had seriously forgotten about it this whole time. 

Now, it is so close that I can taste it. Imagine if you could have free or relatively free access to such works like T.S. Eliot and Ben-Hur!

Copyright dude. It doesn’t do shit and it may be dying soon! Hopefully. Press for it in the times to come. Educate your policy makers on how you feel and please, please, please don’t defend copyright anymore than it has been.

This is going to be so important. 2018 ten years after the last extension to copyright, copyrighted works will finally begin to enter the public domain again!

That means by 2019, we will get a whole host of works for us and our loved ones. 

But, do not doubt that it will attempt to get extended again! Now, far be it from me to put a list on priorities, but seriously consider this when voting in the next few elections. We need a healthy and growing public domain.
