But if you have happier employees you will have even happier customers. Hear me out on this one, over the years I have worked for many different kinds of people and companies. I myself have tried many different things to boost moral of the company as a whole for a better living culture. The best way to get the hardest working a best attitude filled workers are to treat thenm with respect and appreciation. So what we did for our employees is have a grill out day and we gave away free prizes. It's the little things that lead you to the bigger things! When you have employees that respect you rather than fear you, you'd be surprised how much more gets done for you company with WAY higher quality. In result bringing you way more clientele because they want your company to handle their products. And angry person doesn't care or have pride in what they do. But some one that feels value, validation and respect. They can accomplish anything at the highest degree. Respect and appreciate your employees no matter where they are on the chain of command!
