[NOTE: DNA samples from the unknown suspect after the attack on Officer Needleman yielded inconclusive results. Surveillance photos and a sketch artist rendition also yielded no results in CODIS or Missing Persons database. A possible identity was suggested from the case of a missing 17-year-old male from a Colorado campground in 2012. This is unlikely due to an inconclusive match to the provided DNA samples and as the suspect in the assault on Officer Needleman looked to be around 16-18, not 25 as the missing male would be today. A BOLO alert has been sent to neighboring precincts.]
