Hello friend! So I took a couple of "bloopers" in case I got a question like this, and here's what I've noticed.
So in this example, sims who are stretched taller or shorter than their average height can sometimes have their arms appear to be stuck flat against there sides. I had a good one of Cheetah sitting on the couch where his arms were still stretched out and he looked kinda like a Ken doll. It made me giggle but I guess I didn’t screenshot that one. If I get it I’ll be sure to add it!
And of course, sims who are shorter will have awkward interactions with sims who are taller. This goes for sims who height differences in the same age. In other ages. Or if only one sim has a height difference in the age group. Here is the “squeeze” interaction. Which they’re supposed to snuggle into each other’s necks, but as you can see, Berry kinda just gets a faceful of alien chest. Which isn’t entirely a bad thing! Other interactions can find sims arms or other limbs clipping with each other depending on the differences in height.
In other words. These “weird” things they do are purely visual. It hasn’t done anything glitchy other than that. And besides a few giggly moments likes these shots, overall I recommend the mod. As it really adds a new dynamic to the game and besides a few awkward moments the eyelines when they talk and things is always correct, so for storytelling purposes, it’s worth it.
