OC-tober Day One: New OC I took "New Oc" to mean "Newest" and that would be Vince! His design isn't fully fleshed out yet, but it was nice to draw him actually how he'll be introduced in the story he's in. He's got a least one major tattoo I am aware of but might have another on his other hand. Tried really leaning into that punk/grungy band look. Captain Daddy Issues for the win!
