WiFi on Linux Mint 18
Okay, it’s now taken weeks, but, to put it out there on the internet (because all I could find was a lot of blah blah blah here and there with no real answers when I looked)
Atheros AR9271 is the Chipset that seems to work with the most Linux Distros, and so far it seems to be working very very well (knock on wood) with my LinuxMint.
I think that they’re in Alfa adapters, and I personally got mine from ThinkPenguin (w/ a mondo antenna too ‘cause I get thouroughly crappy reception otherwise)
