i don't really make posts very often, especially posts like this, but had anyone been in contact with the artist @lis-cepu ? i've had an open commission with them of my character since april 2022 and they haven't completed or gotten back to me in months after already a lot of delays. i saw on twitter someone else was trying to get in contact with them about their art as well with no success. if someone had contact with them please ask them to reach out to me. i can't even ask my bank or paypal to dispute since it's been over a year since i paid them in full.
