ooc. hello, rika! welcome to this silly side of DUMBLR(dot)com that is this inbox. thank you for your message to send an absolute arrow of love across the globe to @lobmis !!! I have to say, the first time I met Marco . . . I believe it was on his kon blog a year or so ago. I'm not very good with dates. but I remember looking at his blog and thinking: "damn, this is a cool writer." fast-forward to this day &. my opinion remains unchanged. Marco digs into his character's core and rips out their absolute best &. worse. he gives them a life beyond words, regardless of who he decides to write! &. i have to shamelessly admit that I was intimidated by him when we first talked because 1) I don't know how to talk to people in general, &. 2) he just seemed really cool overall &. i didn't want to bother him with my awkwardness. but he was ( AND STILL IS !!!) very welcoming, very funny &. friendly to talk to, not to mention how badass he is. MARCO IS A FUN ADDITION TO ANYONE'S DASH &. I'M REALLY REALLY HAPPY &. THANKFUL TO HAVE MET SUCH A WONDERFUL HUMAN BEAN.

sid was grieving. this loss was monumental and tragic. how could she cope? how could she function? no - no - no. sid couldn't. this had to be wrong. this had to be a mistake. this had to be some type of life's version of a sick joke. even after a week of the passing of maureen, they were still in denial. she was murdered brutaly.

/̳/⠀⠀@lobmis. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗟: perfect, 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑝𝑒𝑟 — won't speak if not spoken to first. but there's this lingering feeling; that he might change that. (she can't quite place it but there's just something about him.) he's quite strange and he doesn't really hang out with many people. michelle can't shake the feeling 𝚑𝚎 gives her, even through their minimal exchanged glances passing classes. he gets her so curious. the thought of him deletes tony from her mind, as wrong as it feels to think. she just wants to get to know him, its not a feeling she's ever really felt before. 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨, 𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗬?

not truly averse to loneliness, michelle has always been a social creature. seated in a table at the back with the company of just one, she's less tempted to zone out as tom talks 𝚜𝚘𝚟𝚒𝚎𝚝 𝚛𝚞𝚜𝚜𝚒𝚊 with this new guy sat next to her. she's not an introvert by any means, but when it comes to guys, she's never usually the one trying too hard. nevertheless, after being sent off to complete a conversational task in their respective groups, michelle doesn't let an opportunity go, even with tony sat a table away.

the cigarette perched between my lips smoldered like a dying star, its ember a fragile heartbeat in the yawning winter night. the cold air crashed against my face, biting, whispering secrets only winter knew, but i did not shiver—no, the chill never quite reached me, never seeped past my skin into the marrow where something far colder already curled, coiled, waiting. my hair, wild and unbridled, danced with the wind’s unseen fingers, yet the same breeze that should have frozen me left only a hollow sensation, as if i were nothing more than smoke curling into the abyss . . . still, beneath my ribs anxiety unfurled like ivy creeping over stone, slow and inevitable, sinking its restless tendrils deeper, deeper, until i could no longer tell whether the trembling in my hands came from the cold— or from something far more insidious.

my head tilts upward, the motion slow and hesitant, as if the very air had thickened into something viscous, something resistant to my movements. in that fleeting moment, i forget the raw sting of my chapped lips, the way they crack like parched earth.

my breath lingers on the edge of sound, poised to spill into the silence between me and the figure standing before me, an unseen weight pressing against my chest. my fingers, traitorous and trembling, tighten into themselves. and yet, despite the pull of curiosity—or dread— my gaze clings to the ground, anchored in place as though meeting their eyes might unravel me entirely. ❝ you seem lost. ❞ my eastern cadence refuses to leave me, and i don’t want to leave it, really. ❝ did you need something? ❞ / @lobmis .

this is a tricky subject because it has two sides to it. the first side is that ian knows what he’s doing and does it anyway ( which could be true or not, it depends on how far into the manic episode he is ), and the other side is that he doesn’t know what he’s doing and is simply acting on his desires. either way, you look at it, the main reason for ian’s infidelity is a result of his bipolar. that isn’t to say that his actions should be excused because he has a mental disorder, it just gives an understanding as to why he does what he does.

for example, when ian is manic, he is seeking to fulfill an urge that he otherwise has control over, but in a manic state there is no control, there is only that desire. as a result, he acts on the desire to bring him pleasure ( however that may come about ) and it allows him to feel good. in the manic episode, ian doesn’t think about the feelings of others and isn’t intentionally trying to hurt someone else. his brain flips a switch and it becomes almost impossible not to act on what his mind wants because he has poor coping skills when it comes to his mania. if he knew how to better handle it, he might have a better way to handle the urges when they come up.

however, in addition to his manic state, which is a big cause for hypersexual responses, ian was sexual from a younger age. i’m not saying kash did things to ian when ian didn’t want it, but i am saying that whenever ian was in a more hypomanic state ( before his bipolar got worse ), men could take advantage of him and he went along with it because it fulfilled that desire the mania created.

so, in a way, ian doing these things was normal in his mind and he had no reason to stop it. now, if it was brought to his attention after his manic episode was done, he would feel a lot of guilt and shame for it. he would also struggle to talk about it because he knows that his disorder has more control over him than he would like it to.

𝚠𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚊𝚖 𝚒𝚜 𝚎𝚡𝚑𝚊𝚞𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚍. his daughter had recently passed... another child lost to his own creations (or, at least in part). why did she have to insist that she play with baby before she was ready? she had always obeyed him in the past. she was his favourite child, in part because she had always listened to his instruction. and it was not often that he'd needed to discipline liz for not listening, like he had with his boys. 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚢𝚎𝚝 𝚜𝚑𝚎 𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍𝚗'𝚝 𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚢 𝚊𝚠𝚊𝚢.. not this time. and with that fatal mistake, william watched the last of his sanity integrate into his red-headed animatronic.

on the dimmer but supposedly still bright side, is that his new rentals business is booming. 𝚊𝚜 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚋𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚔𝚝𝚑𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑𝚜. though much like his daughter, afton is now a shell of the man he used to be. hollowed out eyes, thinned out figure... and now he's sporting lengthening and almost entirely silver hair to match his eyes. 𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚍 𝚒𝚜 𝚛𝚎𝚖𝚗𝚊𝚗𝚝. his promise. i will put you back together again. and he's closer than he ever had been, in the past. tunneling his vision and worsening his mania. almost a recluse hidden in his underground bunker, and the circus baby location that now serves as the main rental office.

he stands under the awning to the old pizzeria, lowering his lanky body to set his tools down in front of the front door. his plan was to inspect the withered animatronics to check on them. though he notices that henry had used this location to open a third time. it was dark, the street lights in the lot having long burnt out. 𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑 𝚠𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚊𝚖 𝚔𝚗𝚘𝚠𝚜 𝚠𝚎𝚕𝚕 𝚎𝚗𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑 𝚠𝚑𝚎𝚗 𝚑𝚎'𝚜 𝚗𝚘𝚝 𝚊𝚕𝚘𝚗𝚎. hearing shuffling through the dim area, his grey ponytail drags over his back. scowling when he turns around.
