lockstep 2 is amusing to me because it's literally just og lockstep but slower and the offbeats are swing instead of being offbeat. everything else is the same. the beat switches are at the same point and everything. it's kinda funny the degree it's to tbh-

ds' sequels are so funny to me cuz we have like. the dazzles 2 being identical to the original. fan club 2 not telling you about the "wonderful (woooonderful, hey-)" cues. fillbots 2 not telling you about the blackouts (fillbots also never tells you about the big robots). lockstep 2 not even having offbeats. moai doo-wop 2 STARTING OFF set 9 and also rhythm rally 2 doing the same for set 8. rockers 2 just casually using the r-button even though the game LITERALLY TELLS YOU it only controls using the touch screen. yea i love ds' sequels they're great-
