What’s your favorite Brassica and how do you like it prepared?
my actual favorite brassica is the kind of wild mustard that grows all over the hills of california but i have never had it prepared, i usually just munch the flowers off the plant directly. other than that it's got to be kale and i like it best when it's lightly sprayed with oil, sprinkled with a lil salt and pepper, and baked in the oven.
