Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper, to taste. Fresh parsley, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, tossing halfway through. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
