Вчера делали довольно сложный WOD, 15 man maker'ов с гантелями, 30 подтягиваний, 800 метров бега, и всё это четыре раза подряд.

Классно, мне понравилось, хотя я ещё много времени отдыхаю, сделал только 2 круга, но всё равно доволен. Сегодня плечи болят, хорошо.

Похоже упражнение man maker делает из нас человека. Иначе объяснить это название не получается.

Was asked what a man maker was.  I've seen so many variations, but this is how I do them.  Only I don't use square or hex dumbbells.  Round db's or kettlebells.
