"Mumbai A Place For Creative Gastronomy" One Fine day i was walking down the lane at Dadar Station Ranade Road where someone was having Pani-Puri aka Gol Gappe. So what was Unique about this hand cart eatery it's Pani Puri aka Gol Gappe right ? Nope he had 5 pickled size long containers i was curious as to why 5 long containers n a person is having a normal indian snack, so i went to him to see n what i see creative culinary gastronomy always lie best at simplicity i saw an individual serving 5 different flavors to choose n have which were 1.Jeera Flavoured Water 2.Garlic aka lasoon flavored water 3.Pudina aka mint flavored water 4.Hajma hajam a unique concoction 5.Nimbu regular aka lemon flavoured water Served with boondi aka sweet flavored chick peas. He was serving it at 20 rs for 6 pcs with a variety of 5 flavors making people wonder what should the sixth one be and to want more as the satiety level to have more than one of each flavor. Marketing and a perfect example to listening to people's choice at the grass root level He had an unique ladddle that had a hole in the centre that made the flavoured water to drop exactly in the pani puri aka gol gappe innovation at it's best with proper usability and making his resources not to go to waste. So do come n have a taste of excitement at this place a hawker at ranade road dadar gave me a perfect management lesson that creativity with simplicity lies at anyone's hand u just need to listen to wants of economics n enjoy what u do best. Thanks life for giving me a chance to see this. ~Erik Baji Treasuryvala #panipuri, #golgappe, #loveforfood, #food, #managementlesson, #foodbeast, #tryitordiet, #foodmaniacindia, #eatorpass, #mumbaifoodblogger, #mumbaifoodexplorer, #exploring plates, #foodiedilse, #indianfoodiye, #thecutsteve, #cookingdiary, #designedbite, #yummyfoods, #chompeatery,#Likes , #Likeforfollow , #like4like ,#follow4follow , #Followforfollow ,#commentforcomment (at Waman Hari Pethe, jewellers.
