Since there are no tags on my posts pls reblog!
Ingredients:
15g AP flour -> 51 kcl
5g cocoa powder -> 18 kcl
15g egg whites -> 8 kcl
1g baking powder -> 1 kcl
Sweetener of choice -> 0 kcl
20ml of water -> 0 kcl
Recipe:
Mix dry, then wet ingredients.
Microwave for 40 seconds at 600W
Tips:
1. Don’t overbake! Since there are no fats in the batter, it will dry out fast! After 40 sec try 15 sec increments! Every microwave is slightly different 😅
2. Accidentally came out too dry? Poor some milk over it!
3. Toppings! I like to top mine with sugar free icing, a piece of dark molten chocolate or hazelnut butter 🤤
3. Don’t wanna waste an egg yolk? In most big supermarkets they sell egg whites separately!
