Teacher effectiveness can be measured in so many different ways, but what it cannot be, is measured in one score procured through standardized testing. In this age of Common Core, we have become so reliant upon test scores to tell us how well teachers are doing. I think we need to take into considerations other factors, such as teaching styles, and connections to students--things that can only be measured through classroom observation.
