going do some yoga tommower and take a me/restday cuz right now i need it so bad and u know wat i am going take day by day i quess with this training idkk i worry about it later reamber mental health is imopant i forget sometimes and break down and just ughh

My face at the end of this says it all. Some days go better than others. Here, I was missing my second rep of 135 hang squat cleans, something I shouldn't and wouldn't normally miss. Days like this is when I really love having a great coach who gets it and mixes things up accordingly instead of saying to suck it up. Sometimes tough love is needed, other times it just sets you back further. Not every day will be perfect.
