Inspired by The Book of Revelations, Michael Idehall provides us with an epic journey through the end-times conveyed through eight oracular visions on four aesthetically minimalistic cassettes. Each tape comes with a printed prophetical verse as well as a Void letter, a sigilisation of an aspect of the Kali Yuga which the content of the tape explores. At a total of six hours of breathtaking beauty and sublime intensity, this release signifies a considerable artistic feat on accounts of the artist but enduring the entirety of the Four Prophecies demands stamina of the listener.

The Pyramidox vel Heb á Qual constitutes a contemporary exploration of the grimoire known as The Treasure of the Old Man of the Pyramids, executed by means of sorcerous reification in order to present the mysteries that veil the heart of a book of power. New incantations complement the twenty reworked talismans, and a transmission of sigils for entering into the tutelage of the Sentinel of this liber spiritum has been appended to the more traditional content.

For the publication of the 2nd edition the book has been provided with a new layout, new introductory texts have been added to elucidate certain sections, and a new inspirational chapter has been added which contains a ”plethora of oracular texts and channelled images from the author’s work with the forces of this book”.  

To celebrate the publication of the 2nd Edition of Pyramidox vel Heb á Qual, the author has composed ritual music intended as an accompaniment and an aid to deepen the connection between the reader and the forces of the book.

I love this album and wish I’d gotten it a few weeks earlier so I could have put it on my year end best. I may anyway. because I have my own website and I can cheat. The vision that we had when we introduced music publishing into the mystical body of Belzebez was one of a repository of ritual music, aimed specically at wanderers of the Draconian path. The first year of this new venture has seen the publication of no less than eight releases. We underestimated the volume of available material within the current, and therefore each release has not received a worthy introduction. To remedy this oversight we now present a few straightforward applications of the different compositions in order to place them in their proper context. We are most grateful for the overwhelming reception that our work has received, and we hope that all of you will appreciate this belated discographic grimoire. The descriptions below are the result of several long discussions with the artists, and we have tried to convey the sometimes wordless gnosis of their art by contextualising them through the correspondences available in Qabalah, Qliphoth and Goetic Magic by Thomas Karlsson. Please keep in mind that this is intended as an inspirational guide, and is by no means intended to restrict the use or the perception of the art.
