Now that the summer convention season is over, I finally have time to breathe and work on catching up on things that I've had to put off! Today I updated my shop, and added lots of my new items! http://monostache.storenvy.com/

You were way more successful than I was while shopping for MGS doujin over there! :o
It can be really hit or miss. I basically went to every Mandarake (and tried to revisit ones that were close enough if I had time a few days later). Sometimes there would be next to nothing and sometimes there would be a ton. The Akihabara store had nothing at all this time around, but Nakano Broadway, as always, didn’t let me down.
I needed to reorder my business cards, so I updated the design a bit to include some of my new stuff! I get these printed with printdirtcheap.com, who I love because they do rounded corners on their cards, which is a nice touch~

Yeah we never made it out to Nakano, only Akiba, which was super lacking. I just picked up a gen one there.
I think you have to take into account the neighborhoods a bit? Like haha, MGS doujinshi seems a little unlikely for (what seems to me like) the male dominated population of nerds of Akiba and maybe a little too WAR GAMES for the female dominated Ikebukuro (although I did find some time time). Nakano has always been my sweet spot. <3
Working on vamping up my hair clip display! Deciding what background fabric to go with, leaning towards the minty flower print, which I feel has nicer contrast, but isn't too distracting.
So this was totally the start of my business! Some friends and I won a table from our participation in a silly keyboard cat art show, and the prize was an artist alley table the next year~ It was an experiment, but I wound up doing so well, I decided to keep at it!
Your creative endeavors anyways put a smile on my face! ❤
/)u(\ Thank you!!!! That warms my heart! I think you’re crafty as heck yourself!

Wow I’d forgotten all about this manga! I always said it looked like she had weird fluffy meatballs for hair lol
haha! The designs in that manga were all kind of 90′s improbable but that was part of its charm!!!
