I feel insane, because there's no way nobody but me has noticed that, but I can't find anything about it, so...

Something tells me that the fleas (or at least their names) are inspired by one specific part of the world.

Mooshka (slavic of some kind?)

Grishkin (Russian)

Varga (Hungarian, this one made me realise that something was up with these fleas)

Kratt (Estonian)

Vog (this one's tough, but I'd assume it's related to one of the less known Finno-Ugric languages, based on the guesses above)

I've been going unreasonably insane about this since the day the game came out.
