basically, Mr. Commando is just as powerful as his brother, but he's so lazy that he genuinely doesn't care about using his powers

His biological father is Soldier Boy, that's why he looks so much like him. I gave Homelander an older brother because I didn't like the idea of him dying without anyone genuinely loving him.
