I seriously dont belive they would send Gilbert over to france like a cheap prostitute who do anything for money... I really dont belive that...

What I think is going to happen is:

Anne will run to his house but Bash will tell her hes of to propose to Winnie...

Gil picked ip the results then go to see Winnie...

He will reach to his pocket to propose and will find there Anne's pen he used on his exams, she prob put some little personal thing on it which he will focus his eyes on... he will then look at this pen for a while, look at Winnies confused face.. tell her hes really sorry but he loves someone else..

Get back on train and rush back to see Anne... they will meet somewhere... she will be sad but he will tell her the results and that he is staying and we are going to get a

KISS!!!
