Starting with people now in actively pulled. This is the energy sources where you can chose roughly how much and from where you take energy from.

Pulling energy from another person in large quantities is not something I’d suggest. Any energy you gain is a loss in energy for them, so keep that in mind.

That’s not to say you can’t gain a big amount of energy overall. By taking a very small quantity from large crowd you can get a daily consistently big amount. For this kind of practice you really would want to be in a busy area where people are moving though quickly like a train station or a busy park.
