While Emma out with Mary Margaret, eating at the diner most likely, Henry had amused himself in the park for a couple of hours. After all, David deserved a little quiet in the apartment after the chaos that had overtaken the past few weeks.
As soon as the sun started setting, however, the boy had started to make his way back, kicking a pebble along the road as he did. So engrossed in the game, he hardly noticed a kid around his age hanging around the stairwell of the building.
Glancing upwards, he raised a brow at the stranger.
“Are you looking for someone?”
