At #NSBE44 I hosted a workshop titled “Pathways to NSBE Leadership” where leaders from all 6 regions spoke about their pathways to their current position. The goal of this workshop was to show that leadership does not have to be a “leadership ladder” in which you need to have a certain position before pursuing another one. I think the people in attendance were able to get something from this - grateful for the photo capture! . . . Also thank you to my panelists for taking time out of their schedules to participate!

Still catching up but always grateful to attend the National Society of Black Engineers’ Convention! It’s so encouraging seeing other black engineers and being able to contribute to the environmental engineering special interest group! ♻️ Also was able to see my alumni chapter and was overwhelmed at their growth compared to the 6 NSBE members I had in undergrad. #NSBE44 #NSBE #engineerbae #blackengineers #womeninstem #stemisthenewblack (at David L.
