I mean... S*** happens. People will holler all kinds of things at you. You can A) ignore it B) get sassy back at them or C) say something respectful and PC like "ma'am, there is no need for that kind of language here. I am trying to help you the best I can". Some jazz like that.

it is a universal word and can be used as a noun verb adjective adverb pronoun proadvernouns
