There are officially four stages of assimilation for someone in Algernon’s position. Those who come willingly are subjected to far, far less. Those who do not endure a long and grueling schedule intended to reprogram them.

It’s a quarter past one and I should probably sleep, but at least I have a solid plan for Algernon in the coming days (or weeks, depending on how things go).
