This friday I exalted my the fae leader of the Phraxish clan, Orchid. I have been considering this for a long time but could never bring myself to it because I was ashamed of 'getting rid' of my progen. Lore-wise however she just didn't fit in, and nothing worked with her colours. Her partner, my other progen, had already been exalted for some time. Think about it, Fae love living in huge colonies of other fae and have a hard time communicating with other breeds. To better suit her role as a leader I considered making her another breed, but the basic colour always put green accents everywhere and it just.didn't.work. Instead of torturing the poor creature I figured she would be fine with the Gladekeeper. Terrin, my earth snapper, stepped up in her place to lead the clan. Being a wise and caring breed, she would make a perfect matriarch. With the wisdom she had gathered over centuries she would lead the clan with gentle care and guidance.
