My husband in the background. 😂 Anyway, here’s my spread since the last time I shared, including this week’s. You’ll note I make sure not to update my weight until I share. 😬 Also, the planner doesn’t get used much during the week. Honestly, writing everything down on Sunday night/early Monday morning helps to stick what I need to do in my brain. I’ll peek in here and there just to check things off. But don’t feel you need to check into your planner every day. Think of it as a guide. It shouldn’t be a burden.
