Long time no posting. Still alive. This was today doing high bar squats. Trying to improve my ankle mobility :)

This was my last set. Felt quite easy
Finally reached my goal to squat 100 kg +
Did not feel as heavy as I thought so pretty excited about that :)

I just forgot to pause at the bottom with the bench hahaha oops. Next time will do better.
The squat was elevated which was new for me but my coach told me it was deep and stable so Im kinda proud about the sets.
