EVE: Captain's Log Dec. 19, 2011

     My first "Captain's Log" entry. I hope to make this a habit but we shall see. Not much has happened today. Although yesterday I spent the majority of my ISK on buying and outfitting a new Drake, which I have christened "Urocyon II". I plan on making this a habit with ships of the same kind. For instance: my Rifter is named "Vulpes", so my next rifter will be "Vulpes II". I'm not sure why I settled on this naming scheme, it just seems to make sense to me.

     Anyway, back to today. I have been doing anomalies in order to earn ISK. They do profit me millions of ISK per "Nom" as I like to call them, but they are fairly boring as the admirals tend to take quite a while to kill. This is because my DPS is very low and is only just able to overcome the tanking abilities of the admirals' ships. To remedy this problem I have been taking drones with me to add more DPS. There does seem to be a marginal increase in DPS though its nothing to brag about. Still, every little bit counts.

     I mentioned my Rifter. It is completely ready for battle but has no ammunition. I need to order some from SETC (Serenety Engineering and Trading Company. They deliver goods to null sec.) but I would like to make up a shopping list of things I need before making the purchase. I crave PvP and am eager to join in on the war against White Noise but there are so many things i need to do to prepare. But, when I am finally ready, it will be a great day!
