We have been equipped with SEREIN 3MM with measuring accuracy to 0.001mm, projector, height gauge, hardness tester, etc., to conduct the quality control from the incoming raw material to finished products including mold steel, plastic steel, all related components certification, the measurement for mold core, electrode, assembly, FAI report, in-process inspection, functional inspection, OQC inspection and so on.
