We are not an emergency service. If you are in serious danger, do not contact us. Call an ambulance, a hotline or a professional.

Otherwise, please, please do not complain. We have stated many times that we answer messages from bottom to top. It can take us a few days to get to your message. We have a few hundred messages waiting.

We do not prioritise “urgent” or “time sensitive” messages, and telling us to answer your message won’t make us do so.

I’m sorry if this comes off as rude because that was never my intention, but each admin here takes hours every day to work hard and it makes us sad to see messages like this.
