It was just them yet again. Far out from the inner city, safely away from any patrolling drones. Of any other officials daring to be on the look out for them.
It was a safe place. But, for how long? They didn’t know. It was always a moment of running. No place was safe for long.
But, Talula hoped they could keep this for as long as possible. The view was spectacular.
Hands are held behind her back as she and Kyrsan stared out in the distance. Just the two of them alone, a moment of peace. How Talula cherished every one.
She wasn’t very well adjusted to the other’s quite yet. And she’s tried, but... She can come off rigid. At least, to everyone but him.
It was a moment of silence, the two just enjoying the scenery and the company. A moment of peace and quiet. It always was.
Talula felt his arm move, snaking around her waist as he brought her closer. That alone caused the cool visage of the Neophyte to slip, eyes widening as heat rushed to her cheeks, a hand rose to rest on his chest as if to push him away. As if she would. She was ready to protest, asking what’s gotten into him as she felt her heart racing in her chest.
But she’d never get the words out when his lips met hers.
She’s, truthfully, never been kissed before. Never been held so intimately. She felt her heart beat heavily, her face bloomed a deep teal as her eyes were wide in shock. Her body tense, frozen.
But, a hand moves, resting against his cheek as her eyes flutter closed. Returning the kiss meekly, gentle. Unsure.
But she soon melted right in his hold on her. For the first time the cold Redglare thawed into the soft, meek Talula
For a long time, Kyrsan had been simply watching Talula staring over the landscape. Seeing her made his pusher hurt in ways he couldn’t explain.
After a few more moments he takes a place beside her, and places his hand on her shoulder. As he shared in her view he wondered if perhaps she wasn’t coming to terms with death.
She wasn’t supposed to be here. Not this soon. Not at all, he thinks to himself as he stands next to the newly deceased legislacerator.
He had tried to introduce her to the rest of his family that was residing in the afterlife, but it wasn’t going well. All things considered, he knows that it wouldn’t be easy.
His hand drops down to her waist, almost of it’s own accord and as he pulls her in he knows that there are only two outcomes from his next action.
Kyrsan’s lips press against hers, certainly a chaste kiss, but one full of meaning and affection and all the love he carried for Talula in particular. He other hand wraps around and holds her even closer, and as he felt her returning the kiss he knew that he was making the right decision.
As Kyrsan pulls away, his cheeks are a faint red hue and he gives a soft smile to Redglare before pressing his forehead against hers.
