Sage asking Shadow if their family only for him to immediately shut it down is both peak writing and sadge at the same time.

Also Rouge and Sonic flirting with each other to see who can get the other to blush first but not actually romantically interested in each other is also peak. Really loving what Segas doing so far...now if only they'd add Marine. Its Crossworlds and Cream and Charmy are driving so theirs literally no excuse Sega! Let her meet the cast!

I’m conflicted about it. On the one hand, I’m completely fine with Shadow not considering Sage as family. That’s more than fair, in character, yadda yadda

But I don’t like him claiming that none of the Robotniks are his family. I’m glad he (and his narrative) is moving on from Maria, but that shouldn’t mean he has to cut ties with who she was to him

I wish we had, like, a Rivals game or a side story in IDW where Sonic and Rouge had to team-up. They’d be so peak together. They’ve got similar vibes, and Sonic technically isn’t morally good enough to stop Rouge from stealing. They could so go on a heist together and it’d be so amazing

Hear! Hear! She’s a boisterous kid who’s aspiring to be a pirate captain, so they can just have her say whatever the fuck in her interactions and other characters just have to deal with that. It need not be profound in the slightest

Idk who it'd be but one character would like at and be like "Whose kid is this? Also I can't understand half of what she just said!" Which of course leads to more Aussie Raccoon Rants.

Sonic, Tails, Eggman, and Blaze (maybe Silver?) would all have lines/receive lines that have some familiarity to them

Knuckles, Amy, Metal, and Sage (if Silver isn’t in the above list, he’s here) might know her from the others, so they’ll have lines that imply that. I can so imagine Knuckles telling her to be more responsible about guarding the Jeweled Scepter

Cream and Charmy will be excited to have a new friend

I think Shadow and Omega will have lines that boil down to “don’t care who you are, don’t get in my way/don’t slack off”

Rouge could invite her to steal with her or say that she’s going to steal from Marine because pirates have good stuff

Jet is totally the one that asks who let this child babbling nonsense (cause he can’t understand Australian) onto the track. I think it’d be funny if Storm confused her with one of the other kids or maybe an oddly shaped chao. Wave would insult the ships Marine has made, saying she’s so way better with Materials

Don’t ask me about Zazz. That guys a mystery lmao
