Dragons she was familiar with, she was the void dragon after all. She knew dragons great and small, those befitting of the title and those in name only. Dragons that appeared as many classic depictions and those that looked nothing of the sort.
What was before her now seemed like fantasy.
A creature of immense size cut straight out of legend- and she should know. Black scales and a wingspan that would blot out the sun to any beneath. Its breath like a ponderous engine, deep and powerful. And here it lay on the grass as if this was a perfectly normal place for it to be, not a care in the world.
Naturally she had approached, how could she not? Such an entity she could not leave undisturbed.
“Hello there. Yes you, on the grass.”
“Do you usually sleep here or is it just your lucky day?”
