“... Don’t apologize for that! Don’t make it sound like you shouldn’t have tossed to me!”

Oikawa:

“Tobio has evolved by being alongside Karasuno members. It’s the first time that he’s learned to trust others, and so, as we continued in deuce and fatigue’s toll on our minds and bodies reached its peak, that final moment, where he was truly hard-pressed, gave him an invaluable opportunity. And that point there was only one option open to the present Tobio.

Even if Tobio had remained as a ‘tyrant’, like in the past, he might have still tossed that last one to the little guy, but in that situation, I wouldn’t have thought of it as a certainty, rather than a possibility.”

(I love that both Oikawa and Kageyama, when pressed, turn to Iwaizumi and Hinata as their comfort zones.)
